As GC Storehouse Gold Coast continued to grow, so did our ability to help more people in need. What started in a humble garage during COVID-19 was slowly becoming something much bigger, thanks to community support, Foodbank Australia and the generosity of people who believed in what we were doing.
At first, I would head up in the car and bring back whatever I could fit.
Then someone donated us a cage trailer! which was amazing… except I didn’t actually know how to back a trailer. 😂
But I had plenty of passion, so I’d hook it up, drive forward and just hope someone would be around to help me get it back out again!
We didn’t have everything figured out. We just kept finding a way.
Looking back now, those little moments were such a big part of building GC Storehouse.
Follow along..... there’s a lot more to our story.
Part 3 up next !
